Play-Well offers a variety of value-added services to help you get the most from your play structure purchase and ownership experience. You may submit a service request right here on our website. So that we may provide accurate information, a digital photo of the play structure is necessary when making a service request for an existing Play-Well play structure.

Detailed Playset Planning Consultation

Play-Well sales consultants are ready to work with you through the details of planning and designing the perfect backyard play area for your children. Your experienced sales consultant will evaluate your back yard from information that you provide including measurements, drawings (you don't have to be an architecht!), and digital images. We will take into consideration your "wishlist" of features, the size and shape of the space, and budget. We will then prepare a top down sketch of your play structure layout, so you will understand the layout and scale of the model you select. To get started, just give us a call!

Delivery and Installation

Play-Well offers a reasonably priced delivery and installation service. Unlike many others, we have our own fleet of trucks and installers serving all of Southern California. Since we use our own trucks and our own people our focus is on safety and attention to detail. Furthermore, we will be there for you after the sale and after the installation should you need further assistance.

Play Structure Relocation

Whether you are moving, relandscaping the backyard, or giving your well-loved Play-Well play structure to a friend or relative, Play-Well can assist in relocating the Play-Well play structure to its new home! Our experienced delivery and installation teams will disassemble your play structure, load it on our truck, and reassemble it at the new location. The fee for this service varies depending on the pick-up and delivery locations, yard access, as well as the size and type of play structure. Play Structure Valuation

Play-Well products hold their value over time, which is why there's a strong resale market for our products once families have outgrown them.
